Joe Orazietti Sales RepresentativeAs a lifelong active citizen of Sault Ste. Marie, I have extensive knowledge of the city and surrounding area. Since a very young age, I began my career in sales. My family operated a successful furniture company, Orazietti Furniture Ltd., for 69 years. Working as a salesman and eventually President of Orazietti Furniture until 2006, I acquired the skills and knowledge to complete sales with many citizens throughout the community.

Working as a Realtor since 1990, I have been a top-producing agent in the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board year after year. I have been honoured to receive multiple Directors, President’s and Platinum Awards as recognition to my accomplishments. I attribute my success to my endless energy and people skills. If persistence is an asset, then I’m ahead of the pack. I will work hard every hour of the day and night to make my clients happy!

I have also made many volunteer contributions to our community. Since 1977, I have been an active member of the Rotary Club. Serving as President for a term, helping grow the membership by recruiting over 50 new members, working tirelessly on many committees and raising an impressive amount of money, I continue to remain loyal to this worthy Club. I am also the chair of an annual 5 Car Draw for the Sault Area Hospital. Since I initiated and created this project in 1999, several million dollars have been raised to upgrade the equipment and structure of the local hospital. Noteworthy as well is my executive member of the Marconi Club. Serving various positions including President and Chairman since the 1980’s, I have facilitated many projects and contributed significantly on this committee. For 30 years I participated in organized hockey through the Sault and surrounding areas. I worked as a linesman and referee in the NOHA, OHL, NHL, USHL and NCAA to improve and promote hockey for all youth.

Since 2009, I have served as a Director on the Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board. I believe by being an active member of this membership I can help maintain professionalism, a high degree of standards and ethics and best serve the community’s Real Estate needs.

My community involvement and successful contributions I believe illustrate my dedication to our city and its citizens. My work ethic and ability to initiate and complete projects of all sorts and sizes demonstrates how I also approach my career as a Realtor.
